Cookies are small files the website stores in your browser; similar tools include the browser's local storage (localStorage).
We use technical cookies, needed for the website to work, without asking for consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
Everything else — statistics, session recording, support chat — is enabled only if you accept it in the banner:
before you choose, the website sets only the technical security cookie csrftoken.
We do not use advertising cookies or profiling cookies for marketing.

4. Third-party content and services
- YouTube videos (FAQ and Consultation pages): embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (
youtube-nocookie.com), which sets no cookies until you play the video. - PayPal payments: on the payment page the button is provided by PayPal, which may set its own technical and anti-fraud cookies. PayPal's privacy statement.
- Display libraries (jsDelivr, cdnjs): serve website files without setting cookies, but receive the browser's IP address. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
